These terms apply to your use of pixtrik.io (the “website”), operated by Pixtrik, a creative studio based in India. By using the website you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

The website describes our CGI, 3D product animation, product visualization and video editing services in general terms. The specific scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, revision rounds, payment terms and usage rights for any engagement are agreed in writing in a proposal or quote. If anything on the website differs from an agreed proposal, the proposal applies.

• Quotes and initial scoping are free and carry no obligation.
• Monthly Shorts package prices on the website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes are confirmed in your quote.
• Long-form editing and CGI projects are quoted individually; there is no fixed public price list for them.
• We may update published prices from time to time. Changes do not affect work already agreed in writing.

Illustrations on this website — for example the product drawings on our service pages — are original artwork created to explain our services. They do not depict work for, or products of, any client. Where portfolio work is shown, it is labelled as client work or as a self-initiated project. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Unless stated otherwise, the website's text, design, visuals and code belong to Pixtrik. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. Rights in work we create for you are set out in your proposal.

When you share footage, files, product data or other material with us, you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you permit us to use it to prepare quotes and deliver the agreed work. Confidentiality requirements for a project are agreed in writing before any files are shared.

We commit to the quality and delivery of the work we agree to produce. We do not guarantee commercial results such as sales, views, followers, engagement or reach, which depend on factors outside our control.

Please don't misuse the website — for example by attempting to disrupt it, bypass its security, or submit spam or unlawful content through its forms. Links to third-party services such as WhatsApp are provided for convenience; their own terms apply.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for commissioned work is governed by the relevant proposal.
