Privacy policy.

This website is operated by Pixtrik, a creative studio based in India that produces CGI advertising, product visualization and video editing (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, email pixtrikstudio@gmail.com, message us on WhatsApp (+91 79060 04034) or use the contact form.

Enquiry forms. When you send a CGI enquiry we receive your name, business email, company (optional), project type, budget range, timeline (optional) and project description. When you send a video-editing enquiry we receive your name, email, channel or business name (optional), the service and package you choose, approximate footage length and expected deliverables (optional), and your project details. Both forms record your agreement to this policy.

Campaign source. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags (such as “utm_source”), those tags and the page you submitted from are attached to your enquiry so we know which campaign reached you. They are kept in your browser only for the current session.

Spam protection. We create a one-way hashed identifier from your IP address and count submissions against it for 10 minutes, and keep a hashed fingerprint of each message for the same period so accidental double submissions are sent only once. Hashes cannot be turned back into your IP address or message.

WhatsApp and email. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address and the messages you send.

Technical logs. Our server records standard request information (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) to keep the website running and secure.

• To read and reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you.
• To prepare a proposal or quote if you ask for one.
• To keep a record of our correspondence.
• To understand which campaigns and pages bring enquiries.
• To protect the website and forms from spam and abuse.

We rely on the consent you give when you submit a form (and, for analytics, when you accept cookies), and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

We use your browser's storage for two small, functional items: your cookie choice (if a banner is shown) and the campaign tags described above, which are cleared when you close the tab.

We use a small number of providers to run this site. They process data on our behalf:

• Resend — Email delivery — forwards contact-form enquiries to our inbox.
• Google (Gmail) — Hosts our business inbox, where enquiries and emails you send us are stored.
• Hostinger — Hosts the server that runs this website and keeps standard technical server logs.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — Carries messages when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India.

Spam-protection identifiers expire automatically after 10 minutes. Enquiries and correspondence are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any project that follows, after which we delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as required by applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act where it applies. You may also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority.

The site is served over HTTPS, form input is validated on our server, secrets stay on the server, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
